Cancellations and Returns

We do not accept change of mind returns on Sale, Clearance or Reduced Price items.

We understand that shopping online is different from shopping in a traditional store. We will always consider a return or exchange of your item if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase. We must insist though that the item is returned in the original condition, packaging, undamaged, unworn, unwashed with all tags attached within 7 days.

Shipping cost is not refundable.

If you qualified for free shipping on your order but are returning an item that then puts your original order below the minimum spend threshold, a standard shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the shipping, or higher if the item is furniture or large item.

Please note we do not accept returns on sale items, international shipped or made to order items, and there will be an additional delivery fee applied to exchanged items.

We will consider a change of mind return on a full priced item if it meets all return criteria. Criteria as follows

  • Is returned within 7 days of order delivery
  • Was not purchased with sale price or any other discounts applied
  • Has not been used or worn
  • Is not soiled or damaged
  • Has original condition packaging and tags

A return or exchange is not possible if the original tag or packaging is missing or damaged. A return or exchange is not possible if the item has been washed, damaged or used.

The Little Kidz Closet requires the items to be posted back. Once the item has been reviewed an email will be sent back with the relevant response. 

We suggest using a tracked or signature service as we are not responsible for any items lost in transit. Where a return is approved it will be at product value, excluding shipping costs. 

If you would like to exchange an item a delivery fee will be required.

If incorrect or misrepresented information is provided it is an automatic refusal for refund or exchange.

If a refund/exchange is rejected and you would like to receive the item back a postage fee will apply.

As part of our quality control procedures, all items are checked thoroughly when packed for dispatch. In the unlikely event that your item be damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately.  Damaged items are the responsibility of the supplier (brand) to replace. The Little Kidz Closet will facilitate the exchange or refund of items as required by the supplier.  Please email us regarding any faulty items.

Please expect 10-14day processing time.
